As part of RIC deployment, there is a step that installs/run servecm plugin but sometime its taking few more secs to get initialized completely.  It has occurred only once (during the fresh install of RIC). Subsequent unstall/install steps worked fine. So probably we need to add some logic to wait for initialization and handle the exception scenario. 

The last few lines of the attached reference log shows the error being faced - log for ric-dep installation error with helm3.txt. 

Note: Servcm plugin is helm (it was used as a drop-in replacement for “helm serve” for helm upgrade.  “helm serve” was deprecated in helm3)
