Felix commented that we actually can not test in K8S in LF CI pipeline. So instead this is testing o-ran-sc labs. HCL would work with Felix on this.

previously these tests were run locally by AT&T and Nokia. But placing them into OSC helps in reproducing this publicly.

Currently we are using k8s 16.2 . Version 1.18 is the latest as of March-2020. This will likely only affect the RIC platform, but not any auxiliary ONAP-dependent parts.
