Due to upgrade from helm2 to helm3, kpm_e2sm can't be deployed anymore due to errors.

As alexandrehuff mentioned:
"Regarding the helm command: "helm install -n e2sim . --namespace <namespace_name>":
It is a helm2 command. In helm3, this command will not work since -n is also used to specify the namespace.

Please consider to prepare kpm_e2sm for dawn release with helm3 support.
