Opening wormhole with dns name is successful

a.) dns name doesnt exist anymore 

b.) ip is gone as xapp pod is gone

Reason: There is an endpoint which is idle and it is not seen that peer is gone as there is 

1.) no activity in socket 

2.) tcp keepalives are too long (not set per tcp socket and used system wide settings)

 --> open wormhole just finds existing endpoint and makes reference to it.
