    • helm3 in default deployment and move ric platform deployment to ric-dep

      (1) extract all RIC platform code from it/dep and place it into ric-plt/ric-dep (as a copy)

       (2) remove all code not relevant to the ric platform (e.g. nothing on deploying Ubuntu (we assume a running Ubuntu), no ric-aux, no kong, no ricxapps

KEEP:k8s setup, helm3 setup (no support for helm2 anymore), and then keep the recipe approach.

only as note: "Note that you might want to use the Ubuntu low latency kernel instead of the default kernel, but this is more relevant if you want to install xApps that require low latency"

       (3) updated it/dep document to point to fact that latest ric deployment is now maintained in ric-dep for ric platform

      (4)

provide  a demo video on how to deploy the RIC in F release (sams style as D and E videos)

      (5)

current instructions are linked here: https://wiki.o-ran-sc.org/display/RICP/Introduction+and+guides under section "installing the near-RT RIC"
