      DMS_CLI is expected to be a command line utility used to simulate DMS functions (See WG1's O-RAN.WG1.O1-Interface.0-v04.00.docx spec). The CLI should provide possibility to onboard, deploy, un-deploy, upgrade and rollback xApps.

      We could develop a similar REST interface under RIC-714

      2021-02-03: This also includes now also work that was earlier under "early Dawn incompatible changes related to upgrade and rollback of xApps" (RIC-701) because this RIC-701 work is actually brought in via the dmscli.
