update-2021-12-21: Note that DBaaS has a command line tools "sdlcli" that uses the Redis remote protocol. So one option woudl be to include the sdlcli in teh future container for tah overall RIC CLI.

The CLI can use internal REST functions of RIC for managing the RIC and also be used for debugging, e.g., accessing troubleshooting REST interfaces.

Do we need authentication and authorization for this interface?

Note that for Redis we have some item RIC-113 that is also about a debugging CLI. Somehow finding a way to integrate that would be good as well.
