Remove support for ASN.1 (over RMR) based subscription in subscription manager (incl. xapp modifications)
need to notify xapp project about this.
minor work in subscription manager related to supporting all parameters in subscription manager implementation (API is already complete)
documentation update in submgr to be done very early.
The main work was done under RIC-80 (which kept the ASN.1 interface, but marked it as deprecated). Note that RMR is still used in the actual transfer of indication messages.
on xapp side we might have to delete route definition in xapp descriptors, but it will still use RMR for the actual indication messages.
