we need a new format, because, e.g., now we have xApps that need >1 port. and we need to define which messages go to which port. Also the messaging section was a bit of a mess (e.g. included thread number). Also this is now a proposal that everyone agrees on, while previous one was ad hoc.

Here is work for xapp frameworks as well.

Update 2020-11-30:
We plan to introduce a more O2-like xApp deployment interfaces. This introduces incompatibility for xApps. xApps will pass their descriptor information when registering with the app manager.

1. check O-RAN WG on current shared view.
2. registration could be hidden in xApp framework
3. RSAC LCM also has something about this.

Note this item is considered done when also the go xappframework changes are done. Similar changes need to be done in xapp framework for C++ and python.
