      If we will have time - we need to implement (in old Jira) - the RICPLT-2846

      E2M is restarting E2T instances if an E2T instance does not report to heartbeats that E2M sends. We continue with the implementation now, but might have to have a discussion on whether it is technically sensibel to use K8S APIS from pods to retsart oither pods.
