This is needed, for example, in two xApps that want to expose something via REST (in addition to other FCAPS data).

Idea is that the xApp manager or something similar updates the ingress controller configuration.

TODO double-check if second xApp really needs to have build-in (GUI) interface.

This might compete with a more O_RAN approach where we would have to translate everything internal from REST to O1-netconf.
