Attached the Setup WG3 specification.

In previous US (192) we put the minimum in RNIB - State, RAN Name, RAN ID, E2T associated. Here we are adding the list of Functions. 

The query RNIB should be enlarge with the new function list.
 

DoD:

• Simulate Setup Request with full XML. Call the NodeB Query from RNIB. See the RAN in the RNIB is updated with the exact list of functions like in the incoming message.  See the same values that we received, per Function (ID, Definition and Revision) exist in the DB. Test it with REST API through postman.  
•  Simulate the same in Connected with different function than the ones in DB  - see it behaves like we expected - We override the old ones with the new ones.  
• Verify user is able to get all Node info including functions by using RNIB reader or by using E2M REST API (existing APIs).
• Update Swagger + Avinoam (The AID) 
• Fix Automation
