Setup from RAN: Write minimal RAN info to RNIB

      Requirements

      • After Success Routing Manager Update, E2M fill the existing EN-DC Protobuf (PB) - with the following fields:

      >RAN Name - the MEID

      >RAN ID - it is part of the XML - E2 Node ID 

       >E2T Address  - Take from Adi 

      • In addition - the Status - Connected
      • We will override the DB with this RAN ID & the RAN Name Keys with the above PB. 
      • Write to DB. If error - Log.
      • In this US we are not sending Setup Response to RAN

       

      Acceptance

      • After Simulating Setup (US 188) - See RNIB Writing - to both  RAN Name & RAN ID - E2T Address, maybe IP PORT
