A1 mediator is in crash loopback state for H-Release And I-Release

      We have installed H-Release of RIC and we found that A1 mediator was in crash loopback state because of changes happen on Nov 2nd 2023 in deployment file for path from "/a1-p/healthcheck" to "/A1-P/v2/healthcheck" , find in below path for details.

      If we change path to "/a1-p/healthcheck" path is coming to Running State.
