In the current deployment we are deploying multiple helm charts for the deployment of Near RT RIC platform. This process can be streamlined by using a single helm chart for the platform and the required components as dependencies which can be overridden.

This should also allow to have only parts of the platform deployed - for development and/or test purposes.

Also, this should allow us to keep up to date with the latest k8s versions and latest OS versions .
