Next Task is that since DUAPP is repository for all Paging message received by DUAPP. Thus , DUAPP has to forward those Paging messagte to MACat the appropriate time for further processing.

Additionally, DUAPP will also build Paging RRC PDU to be sent to UE.

Task breakup:
3.1 Find the record of Paging received for the sfn of TTI
3.2 Build RRC Paging PDU by concatenating the Paging for different UEs with same SFN and i_s
3.3 Multiple such RRC PDUs can be sent to MAC(if there are more than 1 record of paging for similar SFN)
3.4 Save the PDUs in a list which will be used during PCCH Scheduling
