      HLR for Paging at DU:

      1.PAGING CONFIGURATION:

         1.1 Paging configuration from SI / SI Mod

         1.2 Informing the same to MAC and SCH

      2.PAGING received from F1AP:

         2.1  Store the Paging in Database

         2.2 Calculating the Paging parameter of the UE: SFN, i_s (As per 38.304)

         2.2 Group together all the UE PAGE(s) which is falling on same SFN and i_s

      3.BUILDING of PAGING PDU:

         3.1 Find the record of Paging received for the sfn of TTI

         3.2 Build RRC Paging PDU by concatenating the Paging for different UEs with same SFN and i_s

         3.3 Multiple such RRC PDUs can be sent to SCH (if there are more than 1 record of paging for similar SFN)

         3.4 Save the PDUs in a list which will be used during PCCH Scheduling

      4.PCCH SCHEDULING:

        4.1 Picking all the page requests and perform scheduling

        4.2 Fill the DCI and other SCH parameters

        4.3 Schedule PDSCH packets to be sent
