The GUI allows the RIC operator to on-board an xApp in his local helm repo. The operator would get the xApp descriptor and schema from the LF repo for the xApp, customize the necessary fields in the xApp descriptor (e.g., specify the SDL end point), execute a program that combines the xApp descriptor with the standard xApp helm chart and uploads the resulting helm chart in the helm chart repo for the RIC instance.
