      Extend a DeviceManager for O-RAN-SC HealthCheck functions.

      The O-RAN-SC add-ons are the yang modules needed for the HealthCheck use case:

      Please use ietf-alarms/alarm-list for the alarm synchronization with the O-RAN-SC managed functions. Please note that the alarm notifications are send to VES collector and are avaialble by DMaaP (message bus)

      Use as the basis SDN-R from ONAP Frankfurt project. Affected devicemanager is devicemanager-oran.
