Develop a data model for o1-notify-pnf-registration

      The O-RAN.WG10.O1-Interface.0-v07.00 spec provides a list which cant be directly used as data model. Therefore a machine readable data-model should be developed.

      Format:

      Often stndDefind schemas are written in OpenApiSpec3, which it very useful for REST interfaces.

      However, if other protocols are targeted, then YANG seams to be an option. YANG can be used as schema for NETCONF, RESTCONF and gNMI(gRPC/protobuf/yang).

      In addition, YANG provides native augmentation, choices and telco specific common type-definitions.

      Decision:

      The o1-notify-pnf-registration data-model should be described in YANG.
