Update Jenkins Jobs

      The Jenkins jobs needs to be updated first before the OAM folder structure is modified.

      The target is to create O-RAN-SC distributions based on SDN-R, VES-Collector and DMaaP releases.

      There are two scrips for repositories oam and scp/oam/modeling  to be modified. 

      Build jobs are available in In jjb/oam and jjb/scp-oam-modeling for :

      • [oam]/parents
      • [oam]/features
      • [oam]/distribution
      • [scp/oam/modeling]/features

      Tasks:

      1. First the related jenkins jobs have to be removed (https://jira.o-ran-sc.org/browse/OAM-189)
      2. Remove the folders in the repos listed above. (https://jira.o-ran-sc.org/browse/OAM-179)
