Remove yang models from Repo

      This is a finding during OAM-116.

      Please remove all yang models from repos and use references to scp/oam/modeling.

      The target is that the references in the LICENSE file of the root directory does not contain references to IETF and O-RAN Alliance.

      Idea: yang models should be added during deployment time.
