Remove network-topology-simulator.yang after a new devicemanager is built for NTS Manager

      Currently the o-ran devicemanager has dependency on the network-topology-simulator.yang file. There is a plan to remove this dependency by creating a new devicemanager for the NTS Manager called - devicemanager-adapter-manager. Once this new devicemanager is available, this file needs to be deleted from the repository.
