The "scp/oam/modeling" repository contains published yang files in the data-model/yang/published directory. With the naming convention currently followed for the yang files, only one yang file can be stored in the "published" directory. When newer revisions are made available, old files have to be removed and new files copied. This is not necessarily the right thing to do and hence the yang file names have to be suffixed with a revision timestamp. Ex: iana-hardware.yang -> iana-hardware@2018-03-13.yang
