Based on the Appmgr api, user need provide the configuration with deploy request.

So the dashboard should provide user the ability to input the configuration while deploying

1. Based on app mgr API Generate the form

       2. Once user fill the form, and click deploy button

The configuration will put in overrideFile section. Send the deploy xapp request to Appmgr
