All O-RAN Components will implement O1 interface terminations - on the Service Management and Orchestration Framework, the O1 interface is terminated at a NetConf Client and a VES message collector.

Avoiding every O-RAN-SC project needs to spend the effort for installing a lightweight NetConf client and VES collector, the OAM project should provide a docker-composed based installation, which can run on a typical developer system (ubuntu, 4 cores, 8GB RAM).

The integration of a simulator as kind of reference implementation is preferred.
