Handle 404 while deleting resource from ACM/SME/DME

      DME:

      Producer gets deleted automatically when it is not responding to keepalive properly.

      When the participant tries to delete the producer it may give 404. In this case that should be considered as success and the ACM instance should be transitioned to proper state.

      This applied to data consumer as well.
