rApp manager integrates with multiple components and one rApp instance may require configuration several components.

In case of failure on one of the components configuration/initialization the status is changed to reflect it's not deployed. If the failure happens after one/more components configured, it doesn't deletes the created resources at the moment.

When the rApp instance deployment fails, it should remove all the entities created as part of the rApp instance deployment.
