      Each onboard rapp can have any number of instances.

      Rapp definitions should have all the resources required to create a rapp instance. At the instance creation time, the resources can be referred to create an rapp instance.

      Each rapp instance can have any number of ACM definition and each ACM definition can have any number of instances.
