Rapps are deployable software packages having some generic attributes
like name, version, and services produced/ consumed.

The aim of this task is to determine generic attributes of Rapps
and enhance the existing plt/rappcatalogue module to register/ unregister services.
Plus, it may be possible to convert generic attributes of Rapps into deployable
Kubernetes' chart folder structure and chart.yaml. to make them deploy and uninstall
when it is necessary.
