A generic component for authorization is done.

The component will perform authorization and fetch and refresh (when needed) an authorization ticket from a single logon server.

It will run as a sidecar container in each POD.

The auth token will be passed to the "R-app" or other service via a local file in the POD.

The ICS will be updated to read this access token from this file and insert it into each HTTP header.
