      API Gateway

      1. Was hardcoded for A1 in previous OSC releases.
      2. Proposal in OSC D: Remove hard-coded dependencies and introduce Kong.  Note that Kong is an example of a programmable API gateway. Other gateways are available and may be considered at a later point.
