Be able to change data in /opt/app/policy-agent/config/application.yaml before making policymanagementservice helm chart.

It will help to configure the certificates dynamically for different ric's. 

Best option is to mount application.yaml into created container. It can be done by mounting volume in deployment.yaml (same as it is done for application_configuration.json) and store this application.yaml under resources/config/ directory in policymanagementservice helm chart (same as it is for application_configuration.json).
