Preload example usecase pipelines by default

      In the current installation, the sample QoE usecase used for demonstrating the AIMLFW requires the training pipeline to be manually uploaded from the Jupyter notebook. With this new feature, the sample usecase pipeline can be preloaded during installation itself.
