Alarm: RAN Connection Status change (once RIC-397 is implemented)

      High Level Requirement:

      As a sequence from the Design (US 410)

       

      Send Alarm :  only when RAN  state is changed from Connected to Not Connected (Disconnected, Shutdown, Shutting down) - This is SET ALARM and vice averse - This is CLEAR ALARM.

      I have no knowledge how the Alarm Library is working, I expect it to have 2 methods - Set (Set Alarm) and Clear (Clear Alarm), and with the right object (RAN Name, Connection Status).

      Acceptance

      The following is sequential events, one after other:

      • Setup Request for New RAN. See no call to Alarm Library.  
      • Lost Connection from this RAN. See Alarm is SET
      • Setup Request from this RAN. See Alarm is CLEAR. 
      • Setup Request for New RAN. See no call to Alarm Library.
      • Shut Down to all. See Alarm is SET only once (moving to Shutting Down) and no more.
      • Gain connection again and lost it. Now Shut Down to all. See no call to Alarm Library.
      • Gain connection again. E2T Initialize. See Alarm is SET
      • Gain connection again and lost it. E2T Initialize. See no call to Alarm Library.
      • Gain connection again. KA discover E2T is dead. See Alarm is SET
      • Gain connection again and lost it. KA discover E2T is dead. See no call to Alarm Library
