This was discussed with Felix and Abukar. We now do the implementation under RIC-422. Likely this will be a good enough solution and also satisfy RIC-33. So close also RIC-33 after this item is done.

This is a cheaper static  solution rather than RIC-33.

when discussing this we agreed on this solution:

"xapp manager  becoming ”xapp manager and all platform components manager”). In other words: (a) VESPA registers with xApp manager and calls getConfig for all components (xapps and platform comp). (b) “When new xapp or platform component is deployed or removed xapp manager sends notification to vespa” (c)“already now it is listening for xapp deployment events."
