      we have connectionstate in both (
      nb_identity.proto = E2Nodelist in spec and
      nodeb_info.proto =E2NodeInfo in spec).

      Spec has it only in one. Also having it in both looks weird in tersm of consistency. As part of this item need to check teh logic behind this. Maybe do a cleanup.
