Earlier the description here was "Support platform performance metrics", but this does not match the title and we anyway have RIC-69 for this.

So now I interpret this item as implementing the O1 management part of the requirement, i.e yang model by which one can enable/disable measurements. This will also include "RAN NE to support Dynamic Data Collection (DDC) Measurement Intervals" that was mentioned in some Bronze draft list of items to work on.

John J commented that differentiation of measurement (frequency of internal sampling) and collection interval (O1 reporting frequency) is important. Thoralf is not too sure this is important enough in the first releases. We might focus on collection interval only and keep the "measurement interval" fixed (or only changeable via low-level interfaces).
