Based on Felix’s input, the Appmgr ‘put config api’ only works on deployed xapps. The config buttons in the Dashboard's catalog page, which lists the deployable xapps, do not make any sense.

So we should move those config buttons to control page.

Also that configuration workflow need to be updated.

1. Get current configuration from Appmgr.
2. Display current configuration in a textarea.
3.  User can edit the configuration, and click OK button. Put the new configuration to Appmgr
