There are a few issues for A1-EI e2e flow testing.

• EiJob creation REST API URL in ./nonrtric/docker-compose/data/prepareEcsData.sh does not match to the latest codes. The test data in ./nonrtric/docker-compose/data/testdata/ECS/EiJob.json needs to include eiTypeId. It also seems that the empty schema in EiProducer.json is causing a JSON validation problem.
• Environment variable file test_env-oran-master.sh is missing, may need to update the WIKI page
• nexus3.o-ran-sc.org:10004/o-ran-sc/nonrtric-a1-controller:2.1.0 image is missing. Need to regenerate the image.

• When using nexus3.o-ran-sc.org:10004/o-ran-sc/nonrtric-a1-controller:2.0.0, FTC1100.sh tests fail.
