Port issue in Control Panel

      Control panel failed to start in kubernetes as both http & https have same port.

      Note: https is not yet opened in kubernetes services. so Tomcat treats both the ports as http.

      Error starting ApplicationContext. To display the conditions report re-run your application with 'debug' enabled.
